This Online Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect at www.forevercrystals.com (the “Site”), or via any channel you may interact on with us, such as mail, email, phone, live chat, SMS text or social media platforms. It also explains how we use this information, with whom we share it, the choices available to you regarding our use of your information, the measures we take to protect your information's security, and how to contact us about our privacy practices.

The types of personal information users of our Site may submit include:

Forever Crystals uses cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the cart is considered abandoned, an email message will be sent as a friendly reminder.
In conjunction with gathering information through cookies, our web servers may log information such as your device type, operating system type, browser type, domain and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone where your device is located. The web server logs also may record information such as the address of the web page that referred you to our Site and the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Internet.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we typically retain personal information we obtain about you for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, which generally means that we will keep your personal information for the duration of our relationship or as long as you keep your account open with us. You may request that we delete your information or restrict the processing of such information by contacting us as indicated below in the Contact Us section.
PAYMENT
We as Forever Crystals do not have access to your credit card information. If you choose a direct payment gateway (through our site platform and e-commerce platform, Shopify) to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

APPLICATIONS
When you use application(s) on our Site, we may collect certain usage information by automated means for analytical purposes. Information will only be collected about the usage of the technology.
