How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Or, if you know the name or reference number of the product you would like to order, call us and we can assist you over the phone. We can be reached at 787-447-5530 Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm EST.
When will my order ship?
Forever Crystals processes and ships orders from our Puerto Rico facilities Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. Additionally, you can find shipping / delivery information by logging into your account online @ forevercrystals.com.
How will my order arrive?
Forever orders will arrive individually packaged and sealed to ensure they safely get to you. We include care instructions with each item so you know how to best take care of your product. All orders come complete with one complimentary travel / gift pouch for safe keeping.
